I believe that no single approach works for every person. In my work, I use aspects of Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Approach, depending on your need. My primary experience lies with issues around depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and gender and sexuality.

About Therapy
If you don’t like yourself, that just means you are not your type. Therapy can help you both, be more yourself, and be fonder of yourself. I believe that you are here because you want something to change. The point of this is not to fix yourself, but to make things a little bit better. I believe that self-compassion is one of the most crucial aspects of good mental health. My perspective of therapy is based on spreading this idea with a strength-based approach, where we will understand your strengths, and learn how to use them to navigate your struggles. My goal is for you to not have to seek therapy for long. I wish to help you, help yourself.
Scope of Practice
Given my current qualifications and training, I am able to offer therapy-based counseling services. I am not equipped to offer diagnosis and assessment of any form. I may, however, be able to help you cope with a diagnosis, depending on its nature.
